About Tatiana Bogatova, Ph.D.

Dr. Tatiana Bogatova, CEO of FEA, has over 16 years of experience in evaluation research and data analysis. She holds an MBA and doctoral degree in Organizational Learning and Leadership from Gannon University and an equivalent Master's degree in Economics and Management from Sochi State University in Russia.

FEA Approach to Evaluation

FEA follows a six-step process for program evaluation. Each step is tailored to the unique needs of each organization:
